John Goddard - What an inspiration - His life list

Have you ever heard of John Goddard? What a true inspiration!

A true-life explorer, an adventurer, living like a true tourist to this world. He loved life and lived life to the full like so few of us do. He lived on his own terms, always setting himself goals and almost achieving them all. So much so, that he accomplished over 111 of his life goals (out of 127 goals he originally set), fantasies as he liked to call them. His life list. A bucket list. He lived a truly remarkable life and an example that everyone should follow.

How did he succeed to achieve so much in a lifetime? He once explained, that once he wrote a goal, it was a commitment. He set up steps and deadlines to achieve that goal, explaining that if you have enough ego strength, you just do it. He never wasted time. Some day may end up as... if only I did that… You must live life on your own terms. Life is meant to be lived fully.

Life is an adventure. Life is a daily miracle. With discipline and no fear of the future, you can live each day complete and fully.

How do you live life? Mary Kay Ash once said: there are 3 types of people: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what happened. What type of person do you belong to? Are you in the driver's seat or the passenger seat of your life?

Have you got a life list? If so, what is your bucket list? The first step to live a life on your true terms is always the hardest, but then it becomes easier…
